A: For select commercial-grade equipment, we offer installation support in certain areas. Please contact us to check availability.

Q11: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email photos of the damaged item and your order number to service@rgidentify.com within 48 hours of delivery.
