Refund and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from RG IDENTIFY INC, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.
🔁 Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and resellable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Must include all manuals, accessories, and parts
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products due to misuse
- Customized or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or downloadable content
- Products returned without original packaging
📦 Return Process
- Email us at service@rgidentify.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
💵 Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If the product is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20%.
🔄 Exchanges
We allow product exchanges for size, color, or alternative model if the item is of equal or lesser value. For higher-priced items, a price difference will be charged.
🚚 Wrong or Damaged Items
If your item was delivered damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the packaging and product
- We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund
