🚚 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska & Hawaii)
• PO Boxes (for select small items only)
• APO/FPO military addresses (limited support; email us first)

⏱ Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

💵 Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $99
• Flat rate or calculated at checkout for orders under $99
• Expedited or freight delivery costs are calculated based on weight and distance

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account at www.rgidentify.com to track your shipment.

We work with trusted carriers including:

• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
• LTL freight providers (for gym machines and bulk orders)

🚨 Shipping Issues & Delays

RG IDENTIFY INC is not liable for delays due to:

• Weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

📤 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
